    1787 (April 17): Colonial Judicial packet prepaid from Roldanillo to Cali, distance 27 leagues / 150 kms., struck with the unique example of the framed abbreviated "RLDAL" handstamp (Tizón fig. 1 = EXT) and, at right equally fine FRANCA (Tizón fig. 2 = EXT), both in red. The letter contained 5 sheets of papel sellado.
