    1774 (Sept 1): Colonial prepaid entire letter from Llano Grande to Popayan struck with abbreviated "LLИOGRAD" straight line handstamp (Tizón fig. 1 = RR) and, above straight line "FRANCA" (G & Tizón fig. 3 = RR) both struck in brown.
