    1901: 50 st. deep brown & deep blue overprinted "PCP" (Pour Certificate Postale) in black, used on registered 1908 printed cover to the Advice of Receipt Department of the Berlin Post Office, tied by 'Sophia' cds (Oct 24) in black. Reverse with Berlin arrival cds (Nov 9) and black on white seal 'Kaiserliches Postamt / Berlin C2'. A rare and appealing usage.
