    Libia, Independent Kingdom, Fezzan issue 1952 (March 31): Registered envelope bearing Senussi warrior 1951 2 f. on 2 m. rose carmine and 48 f. on 50 m. brown & ultramarine, tied by light octogonal "GHADAMES FEZZAN" cds's, clear information strike and matching registration label alongside, sent to Alger, reverse with arrival cds (April 3). Part of address crossed out, nevertheless a fresh and fine cover bearing this extremly rare franking. Sassone 14+20 = € 40'000.
