    Croce di S. Andrea 1851 (April 24): Carta a mano 15 c. dark-vermillion, a horizontal mixed-type strip of three including one example of type II and two examples of type I plate 2, this strip of three adhesives with three St. Andrew's Crosses at right, a fresh and fine multiple with vivid colour in a deep shade and good to huge margins all round, cancelled by two superb strikes of framed "BERGAMO 24 - 4 / 51" datestamp. This is the only multiple known to the describer with mixed types and St. Andrew's Crosses adjacent, an item of utmost rarity and attractiveness, a magnificent piece for a very advanced collection of Lombardo-Veneto or the Italian States.
