    Jalapa 1866/67: Maximilian litho 13 c. blue in a horizontal pair (51-1866), clear to large margins all round, used on 1866 cover to Puebla cancelled by circular "FRANQUEADO / JALAPA" datestamp (Oct 7) in black (Schatzkes fig. 596).
