    1866 (Dec 2): Triple rate cover from Taganrog to Constantinople, endorsed "with steamer from Odessa", bearing 1865 10 kop. brown & blue, a single example and 20 kop. blue & orange in a block of four, all perf. 14½, tied by "TAGANROG 2 DEC. 1866" cds's in black. Vertical filing fold below the 10 kop. adhesive and some perforation irregularities, nevertheless a very rare usage of the block and a fine usage to pay three times the 30 kopek rate. Cert. E.
