    1948 (Jan 30): Reverse of large-sized envelope from Torino to Lima, bearing a 1945/46 Democratica 100 l. bright carmine, an irregular part sheet of 36 adhesives and a single adhesive of 5 l. blue, tied by "TORINO FIAT" despatch cds's. "LIMA PERU" arrival cds alongside (Feb 5). Some minor flaws as to be expected from a multiple of this size, an impressive item. Cert. Vaccari (2008) Sassone = € 5'400.
