    1863 (March 3): Entire letter from Cuneo to Chieri, bearing 1863 Tipo Sardegna 15 c. blue, a fine and fresh adhesive, cancelled with pen strokes, a CUNEO cds alongside. First taxed with '3' decimi, this taxation later erased. Reverse with ambulant and Torino arrival cds from the next day. An attractive item full of postal history showing the effect of the administrative order of March 4 which prolonged the validity of the definitive. Signed Russo; cert. Colla (1993).
