    Bulgaria Rustchuk, 1872 (April 13): Entire letter from Rustchuk to Pest, bearing 1867 coarse whisker 15 s. brown, a fresh and fine adhesive, tied by clear "RUSTSCHUK 13 / 4" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 877).
