    1866/67: Llama 20 c. brown pair on registered 1878 cover from Huancavelica to Lima cancelled by "Huancvca" cds (Jan 9) and by five pointed star cancel in black. Envelope with star handstamps (8) at adges to denote registration. Framed "CERTIFICACION" handstamp above and reverse with docketing of sender and recipient in manuscript.
