RMSP 1870: Entire letter from Liverpool to Lima, Peru endorsed "via Southampton", franked by 1867/80 6 d. mauve, pl. 8 and 1 s. green pl. 4 tied by 'Liverpool / 466' duplexes in black (Aug 16) and unusual oval "Paid / B" in red. Reverse with London transit cds in red and Lima arrival cds (Sept 16) in black. Carried on the "Neva" to Colon and thence by PSNC vessel to Callao.
