    PSNC 1856: Entire letter from Valparaiso to Copiapo at double rate endorsed per PSNC Steamer "p. Santiago" at top, franked by Estancos 10 c. deep blue in an irregular block of five with part sheet marginal inscription at right, margins touched to large, tied by target handstamps in black. Faint 'Valparaiso' despatch cds at right (Sept 16) in red. A rare high franking of the issue. Illustrated in Edition D'Or 59 on page 189. Cert. B. Moorhouse (2008).
