Paquete" franked by 1870 50 r. green and 100 r. lilac, perf. 12½, tied by "16" numeral obliterator with Porto despatch cds alongside (Sept 28). Carried on the non subsidised RMSP Steamer "Tiber". Reverse with Rio de Janeiro arrival cds (Oct 16) with manuscript '300' reis due in blue crayon. Some toning around perfs. but not unattractive.
