    British Post Offices 1871 (Jan 22): Cover from Rio de Janeiro to Harburg, Province of Hannover, Prussia, endorsed "p. La Plata", franked by Great Britain 1858/59 2 d. blue pl. 13, faded 1867/73 3 d. rose pl. 6 and 1867/73 1 s. green pl. 4 all tied by "C83" obliterators in black with "Rio De Janeiro / Paid" cds of despatch (Jan 22) in red below. 'London / Paid' transit (Feb 20) and circular 'PD' also tying the 1 s. adhesive in red. Reverse with Harburg arrival (Feb 22) in black. Illustrated in Edition D'Or 59 on page 78.
