    O.W. Official 1896 (March 24): ½ d. vermilion, a horizontal pair used on 1902 OHMS cover ('Her' changed to 'His') to Wigan, neatly tied by "Manchester" circular datestamps (Feb 17) in black. Reverse with Wigan arrival (4pm.) of the same day. Small portion of flap missing otherwise superb - an extremely rare issue on letter, more especially so from Manchester rather than Parliament Street Gi L31 = £ 750.
