    1841: 1 d. red-brown on blued paper, lettered FK, used example with large margins all round, on 1875 cover to Golford Gate, Sissinghurst, in combination with 1858/79 1 d. red pl. 147, tied by London duplexes (Aug 13) in black. Reverse with Staplehurst cds of receipt (Aug 14). A most unusual mixed imperf. / perf. combination cover, listed in Simpson/Louis "Mixed Franking Covers" on page 73, table 5.3.
