1875 (March): 1 s. orange-red, double lioned wmk., perf. 11½, a used example with superb all over "Double Impression" fiscally used and dated "1/2/76" in manuscript; a fine example partial double are not uncommon but complete examples such as this are very scarce; with normal type for comparison.
