    1881 (Dec 3): 1 d. drab, wmk. Small Star, perf. 11 to 12½, three single examples, a horizontal pair and strip of three all used on 1882 front of mourning envelope prepaid from Colonarie to London with circular "CO / AU 28 / 82" datestamp of despatch in red centrally struck, the adhesives applied and tied in transit in Kingstown with "A10" obliterator in black. 'London / Paid' arrival cds (Sept 11) also on obverse of a famous and extremely rare cover: the sole recorded cover from this Office. Cert. Robson Lowe (1976).rnProvenance: Collection W.S.
