    1882/90: 4 d. grey, wmk. Crown CA, perf. 14, a horizontal pair used on 1887 double rate cover to Washington DC, USA cancelled by "A12" obliterator with 'St. Kitts' despatch cds at left (March 15). Reverse with 'New York / Paid All' transit and 'Carrier / 4' Washington delivery datestamp (March 26). One adhesive with slightly scuffed at edge but an attractive usage.
