    1899 (April 14): Keyplate Essay for the proposed 2 d. value, imperforate on large piece of the Appendix sheet with printed frames in mauve, top label with GRENADA handpainted in red-brown and Duty Plate with background lines handpainted in red-brown and "2d" picked out in Chinese white with manuscript notation "App'd 19/4" in ink at left of approval.
