    Second Issue, Watermark Small Star 1863/71: 1 d. green, wmk. Small Star, rough perf. 14-16, a horizontal pair and strip of four used on 1867 cover to Norfolk, Virginia, USA endorsed 'per Mail via St. Thomas' and 'pr. Mail 271/67' at left, all tied by "A15" obliterators in black and by 'N.Y. Steamship / 10' charge mark of arrival. Reverse with 'Grenada' despatch cds (with day error) and 'St. Thomas' transit (Jan 31).
