    1856: Guadalajara District 4 r. carmine-red, a vertically bisected example used on 1859 entire letter to Sayula tied by circular dotted handstamp in black with "Franco / Guadalajara" cds (Jan 14) in black at left. File fold crosses the adhesive but scarce and most attractive. Signed J.K. Bash.
