    1803 (Feb 1): Colonial entire letter from Saltillo to Monclova struck with superb "FRANQUEADO / EN SALTILLO" handstamp in red (Yag & Bash fig. ST1 / Tizón fig. 2 = RRR). A double rate with '3' reales in manuscript on reverse for a journey of 35 leagues. Superb.
