    Surcharged by the 'West Indian Press' 1878 (March 28): Provisional 1 d. on half 5 s. rose, perf. 15½ x 15, surcharge reading up, an unused horizontal pair, both stamps showing '1' with straight serif (Type 3b), well centred, of good colour, without gum. Exceptional and immensely rare - unpriced unused in Stanley Gibbons. Cert. BPA (2000) Gi = £ 15'000+.
