    Inscribed P.O.Π.и.T (ROPiT) 1867 (Dec 11): Cover from Mersina to Smyrna, endorsed "Porto payé", bearing a fine and fresh 1866 ROPiT 2 pia. blue & rose with vibrant colour and large to huge margins, tied by numeral '781' of Mersina in black, reverse with "PORT SMIRNA 11 DEC. 1867" arrival cds in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 152).
