    Arctica 1928 (May 25): Postcard to Rome signed by crewmember Alessandrini of the 'Nobile' expedition in the dirigible 'ITALIA', posted en route to the Arctic from 'Stolp i. Pom.' (Germany), the last stop before Spitzbergen, special red airship label tied on picture side by 'DIRIGIBILE ITALIA /SPED. ARCTICA 1928' handstamp with another strike on address-side of card. Very fine.
