    1857: Three colour franking: 40 cent. vermilion (3), 20 cent. greyish blue and horizontal pair 5 cent. myrtle green used on 1857 cover from Chambery to Paris, with arrival mark (April 15) on reverse. Some marginal imperfections, but a spectacular triple rate franking to France. Cert. Soluphil (1995).
