    1864 (Jan 15): 5 cent. deep green in a horizontal strip of three, used on 1864 entire letter from Napoli to Bari, cancelled "Bolli fuori d'uso", as the 'grace period' and expiry date of the Sardinian stamps had ended in 1863. Thus the cover is taxed with 3 decimes (= 30 centesimi). Unusual and interesting cover.
