    1858 (March 10): 1 d. blue, a fine used vertical pair in a deep shade with large margins all round, Transfer Types 10/15, on 1861 entire letter  to Cochabamba, Bolivia; tied by "Admon. Pral de Correos / Tacna" datestamps (Oct 5) in black. Manuscript '1½' at left being the amount due from the recipient in Cochabamba. File fold away from the adhesives, a fine and unusually late usage of the first issue.
