    1865: Prince Cuza 5 pa. blue on white wove paper, two fine and fresh horizontal pairs with large margins all round on cover from Bucharest to the court in Jalomita, endorsed "Urgente", cancelled by grill obliterator (Kiriac 363) in black. BUCURESCI datestamp (27 / 6) in black in between. An attractive item and a scarce method of paying the internal 20 parale rate. Signed Zozsak; cert.
