    1870: 1d. lake-red plate 113, lettered FG, tied by Edinburgh 131 duplex to a J Valentine Dundee Ocean Penny Postage envelope from Strathmiglo 27. April 1870 to Glasgow arriving on the same day. Delightful piece and much rarer with the 1d plate number issue than with the 1841 1d imperforate RPSL certificate (1997).
