    1881: 10 st. black on green used with 1882 15 st. bright red on green on 1882 entire letter to Budapest tied by star in circle obliterator with bilingual SISTOV despatch cds in blue alongside (Nov 19). Reverse with bilingual 'Roustchouk' transit cds in black (Nov 20) and part Budapest arrival cds. A rare and attractive franking for the external single rate.
