    1865: 1 real green, a horizontal pair, clear margins all round, used on 1868 cover to Trujillo, Peru tied by "Guayaquil / Franca" datestamp (Jan 8) in black. Fully paid at single rate to Lima with backstamp (Jan 16) on reverse; taxed for remainder of journey with manuscript "10 ȼ" charge in manuscript with reverse showing dotted PAITA transit in black. Opens well for Exhibit display, some minor imperfections but very scarce. Signed G. Lamy.
