    1865: 1 real green, two diagonally bisected examples, reconstituted to make the original stamp, used on 1868 cover to Quito addressed to Sra. Mercedes Jijon de Flores, the wife of the first President of Ecuador, tied by neat "Guaranda" datestamp in black (July 25). An attractive and most extraordinary usage.
