    1872: 1 r. yellow on quadrille paper, a single example (position 71 with "Line through Real") with three horizontal pairs, margins close to large, tied to 1873 piece by five complete strikes of the framed 13 point "P.I." (Porte Interno) fancy handstamps beautifully applied in red, with matching "Quito / Franca" datestamp at right (April 2). File fold at right does not detract from a piece of great charm, rarity and visual appeal.
