    1860: Thick Figures 120 c. blue, a vertically bisected used example, right half of the stamp, used on February 6, 1864 entire letter to Agunda tied by oval framed "Admon de Correos / Porongo / Rep. O. del Urug." handstamp in blue. Extremely rare - without doubt the finest of all the few known bisect covers. Signed A.
