    1903 (Dec): 20 c. violet, 'Panama' overprints both reading up, a single example used on 1904 Mallet cover to Croydon endorsed 'per West India Mail', tied by rare usage of BRITISH PACKET AGENCY / PANAMA datestamp (May 13) struck in violet. Croydon arrival cds (June 2) on reverse. Closed opening tear at top but a rare usage.
