    1868: Matamoros District 6 c. black on buff, imperforate, thick figure of value (9-70), a single, horizontal pair and strip of three used on 24 March 1871 cover to Zacatecas cancelled by five strikes of circular DE MATAMOROS negative seal handstamps in black (Schatzkes fig. 735). A scarce and most attractive franking. Signed Todd AIEP.
