    1896: Arias issue 2 c. yellow-brown in a horizontal strip of five, tied to reverse of 1897 cover from Yuscaran (Dec 12) by barred 'Honduras' obliterator and Tegucigalpa transit cds. New Orleans transit (Dec 27) and Solingen, Germany arrival (Jan 9, 1898); together with similar 1898 usage to USA cancelled in blue with scarce "Santa Cruz de Yojoa / Departmento de Cortes' at left in blue. A scarce pair.
