    1890: Arms 2 c. red, a single used example on 1890 cover to Manchester paying the unsealed letter rate, cancelled by target handstamp with oval "San Pedro Sula" datestamp at left in violet (April 27) with day of month in manuscript. Rverse with Puerto Cortez, New York (May 8) and Manchester (May 17) datestamps. An unusual issue on cover and a scarce single franking.
