    1889: Cover from Cap Haitien to St. Thomas endorsed 'per Ville de St. Nazaire', struck on despatch with 'Cap Haitien / Haiti' provisional 'Rebellion' circular negative "HAITI / POSTES / CAP HAITIEN" handstamp in black (to denote payment of 15 c.). Struck with octagonal French Paquebot 'LIGNE F / PAQ. FR. No. 1' in black (Aug 16) with reverse showing 'St. Thomas' Danish P.O. cds (Aug 22). File fold but an attractive and scarce cover.
