    1878: Indian Woman ½ r. yellow-green, three single examples and two horizontal pairs used on ½ r. green postal stationery envelope to London (Matthews correspondence) paying the 4 reales rate, all cancelled by five pointed Star handstamps in black. One stamp applied over the edge of the envelope at left, the reverse with "Correos / Guatemala" datestamp in red (Dec 9) and two London arrival datestamps (Jan 11, 1881) in red. Charged Due with fine strike of scarce circular "s1/-" handstamp in black. This cover mentioned in Goodman on page 84.
