    1941 (May 9): Central American & Caribbean Football Championships, Postage set of nine progressive Proofs by the Columbian Bank Note Co., all imperforate and applied to thick brown card paper in green only (with uncoloured flags), including mock-up Master Die with values excised and seven with Duty Plates from 5 c. to 1 colon - the 25 c. with value tablet inserted in pencil. A splendid and extremely rare archival set Gi 282/289.
