    1863: ½ r. deep blue, deep shade, used on March 1866 entire letter to San Jose, cancelled by "1" in bars obliterator with oval CARTAGO handstamp at left. Small fault in the top label of the adhesive but a very rare usage of this stamp on entire letter: one of the most difficult to find of all #1's on cover.rn
