Dez. 1921", addressed to Dr. Fritz M. Behr-Heyder, additionally franked with SCADTA 1920/21 15 c. blue tied by 'SCADTA Servicio Postal Aereo Girardot' for the flight back to Barranquilla. A scarce usage.
