    1917 (Nov 14): Prisoner of War concessionary rate cover to the Red Cross in Geneva, cancelled with 'Talcahuano' despatch cds in black with blue "Prisoner of War." cachet at left. Reverse with Santiago transit cds, thence via Buenos Aires and Genoa to Milan where resealed with VERIFICATO / CENSURA (69). Geneva arrival cds (Jan 19, 1918) on reverse. The cover probably from a prisoner taken after the 'SMS Dresden' was scuttled off Robinson Crusoe Island in 1915.
