    1900: 5 c. on 30 c. carmine rose, a pair and a single example with variety "Inverted Overprint", used on local cover tied by Santiago duplexes (Jan 3, 1901) in black. Philatelic but a scarce usage of the variety on letter, the stamp was issued just days earlier on Dec 28, 1900.
