    1827 (Aug 22): Entire letter (an early printed Prices Current) from Rio de Janeiro to London endorsed 'p. Antelope' with fine framed BRISTOL / SHIP-LETTER handstamp in black (Robertson S7) with London arrival (Oct 15) in red on reverse. Charged '3/-' for a double rate letter (2 x 8d. for maritime rate + 1/8d. inland for a distance of 120 miles). Scarce entire.
