    1868/69: Eleven Stars 10 c. vermilion used on cover originally mailed as a Consignee's letter from Paris (April 11, 1872) to Sucre, forwarded with oval cachet of "Losado Hermanos / Cobija" Agent's cachet in green and the adhesive, crossed by light file fold, tied by oval framed CANCELADO handstamp in black. An exceptional and rare usage.
